End of 30 days

So I did 30 days of vegan. I gotta say I liked it. I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted. Almost 3 pounds which is really nothing. So, I'm taking this weekend off and then starting Monday, I am going Raw.... :) Hoping this does the trick!


  1. That's awesome Amy! You have accomplished more than many have the willpower to do! Good luck with the raw switch as well. No matter the number on the scale, you are doing great at making healthy living a priority and a lifestyle!

  2. Yes, thanks, but the number on the scale does mean sooo much! It's sooo high for what I should be. Frustrating :)

    1. Understandable! I cringe when I see my number, especially because I apparently need to lose 80 pounds to be within my height/weight range. It seems impossible. The numbers will eventually drop! Remember that muscle weighs more than fat too!

  3. Oh I hear ya. I should lose about 35. It wouldn't be sooo daunting if it was coming off at all. But since it won't budge, losing that much just seems impossible. But it is all about being healthy for a lifetime, not a quick fix! :)
